2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Site and any services provided by Void Music Group, including but not limited to music distribution, licensing, copyright protection, marketing, and access to the Artists Platform (artists.void.audio).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Site immediately.

These Terms are governed by French law, in accordance with Articles 1101 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

3. Services

Void Music Group provides the following services to artists, labels, and rights holders:

• Digital music distribution to major streaming platforms
• Label services and artist development
• Music licensing (covers, remixes, AI-generated content)
• Copyright protection and DMCA monitoring
• Marketing and promotional campaigns
• Royalty management, tracking, and payouts via the Artists Platform

Specific services are subject to separate contractual agreements between Void Music Group and the client. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, any such agreements.

4. Artists Platform

Access to the Artists Platform at artists.void.audio is reserved for registered users who have entered into a distribution or services agreement with Void Music Group. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

Void Music Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Artists Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms or of any applicable contractual agreement, after reasonable notice where practicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and design — is the property of Void Music Group or its licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws, including the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation of any part of the Site without the prior written consent of Void Music Group is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Music content distributed through our services remains the intellectual property of the respective artists and rights holders, subject to the terms of their distribution agreements.

6. User Obligations

Users of the Site and our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the Site and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or Artists Platform
• Not engage in any activity that could impair, overload, or damage the Site’s infrastructure
• Not upload, distribute, or make available any content that infringes on third-party rights
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Void Music Group and third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Void Music Group makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Site, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by French law, Void Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services.

Void Music Group shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from a force majeure event as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

8. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Void Music Group has no control over the content or practices of these external sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk, in accordance with LCEN provisions.

9. Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR and the Informatique et Libertés law. Please refer to that document for details on data collection, processing, and your rights.

10. Modifications

Void Music Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with the new effective date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, in accordance with Articles 42 and 46 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers are informed that they may resort to a consumer mediation procedure. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
